In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hh888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with hh888.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal source.

Your use of the hh888 platform does not grant you any ownership interest or licence in any hh888 intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hh888 content without prior written consent from hh888.

hh888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hh888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools that are freely available to all registered Players at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your hh888 account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which hh888 holds its international gaming licence.

• You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
• Nothing in this clause limits hh888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
